PROPAGATE is an affordable and time-efficient way to blend innovation with management skills.

Mixing intrapreneurship with entrepreneurship, the focus is on mindset and actions.

It’s a short, sharp and intensely practical way to tackle real-life challenges driven by unfamiliar perspectives, imperatives and necessities.

One-to-one briefings are followed by an intense 1 ½ day workshop where participants step out of the constraints dictated by organisational structures and their day-to-day roles.

Three virtual follow-up sessions provide the opportunity to review progress against action-plans, ensure accountability and explore topics defined by the group.

Our personal development programme creates capabilities, authenticity and confidence in managers, leaders and entrepreneurs.

The programme provides an opportunity for delegates to learn how to practice self-awareness and learn about their strengths, weaknesses and preferences.

These new insights are challenged in a group setting allowing individuals to kick-start a continuous cycle of self-development; leading to happier, more effective and efficient managers, leaders or entrepreneurs.

Delegates take part in a five-stage process which includes three one-to-one coaching and feedback sessions and a full day training. Achievable goals and objectives are set for lifelong personal and professional growth.
