Meet our team

STEPHEN GREEN

Stephen’s understanding of how businesses succeed is built on 30 years’ experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to assimilate information to find clarity of purpose and drive action.

As a natural facilitator, connector and coach, he combines a deep understanding of theory with an intensely practical approach.

Having interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs from small, ambitious start-ups to the hugely successful, he has built an understanding of all shapes and sizes of business across a wide variety of market sectors.

As a two-time Ironman triathlete he brings energy, enthusiasm and endurance to everything he takes on.

ANGELA HUNTLEY

Angela’s strong academic background in psychology, business and marketing provides the foundation for the CUBED approach to blending business, personal and organisation development.

Over the last 20 years, she has worked in events management, sales and business development and as a marketing manager. Her experience spans sectors from membership and construction to software and health.

With a deep knowledge of business theory, frameworks and tools, Angela understands the key fundamentals of how personal and business growth and success are interrelated.

Angela is outgoing, empathic and creative as well as being extremely determined and hardworking as demonstrated by achieving two degrees whilst working and raising two children.

AMANDA LEE

Amanda boasts 25 years’ experience working in the public sector, most recently as COO of the Clinical Research Network Yorkshire and Humber and previously as head of the Newcastle Joint Research Office.

She specialised leading projects across multiple organisations (NHS, HE and local authority) with a specific focus on governance, managing change and making sense of complex matrix team structures.

OMAR AL-JANABI

Omar has 22 years of business development experience, the last 16 of which has been in University-Industry engagement, specialising in delivering Enterprise Innovation and IP advice to start-ups and SMEs seeking growth.

Omar brings extensive knowledge in grant funding and bid writing.
