Our personal development programmes allow delegates to grow their soft skills through psychometric evaluation, personalised feedback sessions and an opportunity for self-analysis in challenging group sessions.
This course is designed to help managers and entrepreneurs improve a wide range of soft skills including: communication and interpersonal skills, productivity and work ethic, adaptability and flexibility, problem solving and attention to detail as well as broader leadership and management skills.
